Apple Shortcut - Create Alarm

If you would like to use an APPLE SHORTCUT which can be triggered from a keyboard shortcut (when on the MacBook and iMac) or just added to Home Screen (when on iPhone or iPad) which prompts you for the time to set the alarm and asks you if you want it to REPEAT.
